1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") govern all use of the ace75 website and gaming platform, including all services, features, content, and functionality made available at https://ace75.app. The Terms apply to all registered players, guests browsing the platform, and any individual accessing or interacting with ace75 in any capacity. The platform is operated under the brand name ace75 and is designed exclusively for the Bangladesh market.

By accessing ace75, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accessing ace75 on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that individual or entity to these Terms. ace75 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account with ace75, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time and must be provided promptly upon request.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, trusts, and entities may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and at any time such information changes.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of ace75 or any affiliated company.

ace75 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account where the eligibility requirements are not met or where false information has been provided. Accounts registered in violation of these requirements are void, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one registered account with ace75. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ace75 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.

• You must not share your account login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you.
• You must notify ace75 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• You must not allow any individual under the age of 21 to access your account or use the platform through your credentials.
• ace75 uses two-factor authentication (2FA) and may require additional verification steps to protect player accounts. You agree to cooperate with all security measures implemented by ace75.

ace75 reserves the right to lock an account pending verification or investigation if suspicious activity is detected. During any lock period, withdrawals may be suspended. ace75 will communicate the reason and expected resolution timeline to the account holder by the registered email address where permissible.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

ace75 processes all player transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits are credited to a player's ace75 account balance, and all withdrawals are processed back to the payment method originally used for deposit where technically feasible. ace75 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh:

• bKash — available for both deposits and withdrawals. No transaction fee charged by ace75. Standard bKash platform fees may apply.
• Nagad — available for both deposits and withdrawals. No transaction fee charged by ace75.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — available for deposits. Processing times may vary based on network availability.
• Upay — available for deposits. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per the Upay platform terms.
• Visa and Mastercard — available for deposits at selected tiers. Card deposits may be subject to issuing bank approval and applicable international transaction fees.

5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

ace75 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly marked as "no wagering". The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Unclaimed bonuses will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus funds and wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Players may withdraw deposited funds at any time, but doing so will forfeit any active bonus and associated winnings.
• ace75 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to be abusing bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will have their accounts suspended and all bonus winnings voided.

Free spins awarded as part of a bonus promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as bonus credits unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Free spin winnings will be credited as bonus funds and not as real-money funds until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

6 Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ace75 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account. ace75 reserves the right to report prohibited activities to relevant authorities where applicable law so requires:

• Registering more than one player account, whether under the same or a different name or payment method, for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of game manipulation, exploit use, or collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any technical means not authorised by ace75 to interact with the platform, including automated betting scripts, game-play bots, and screen-scraping tools.
• Attempting to launder money through ace75, including making deposits followed immediately by withdrawals without meaningful game play activity, or structuring transactions to circumvent AML thresholds.

7 Game Rules, Fairness, and Dispute Resolution

All games available on ace75 operate under individual game rules published within the game interface or accessible via the game provider's documentation. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules will prevail for that game. All casino games offered on ace75 use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by ace75 or any third party.

• If you believe a game outcome is incorrect or that a technical fault has affected your wager, you must submit a dispute within 30 days of the relevant game round. Disputes submitted beyond this period will not be investigated.
• ace75 customer support will review all disputes in good faith and provide a written decision within 10 business days. The decision of ace75 on game disputes is final unless the player escalates to an independent dispute resolution body.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game round in progress, ace75 will attempt to restore the game to its pre-failure state where server logs permit. Where restoration is not possible, the wager will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• ace75 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be removed from the platform at any time, including games provided by third-party studios, without liability to ace75.

8 Responsible Gaming Commitments

ace75 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. ace75 is strictly an adults-only platform — access is permitted only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. ace75 provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity responsibly, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.

Players who activate a self-exclusion will have their account locked for the duration selected. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once activated. Players experiencing difficulties related to gambling are encouraged to seek assistance. The following additional conditions apply to responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits take effect immediately upon activation and can be decreased at any time. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

Players access and use the platform entirely at their own risk.

In no event shall ace75 be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if ace75 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ace75's total aggregate liability to any player for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ace75 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of ace75 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. ace75 grants players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the ace75 platform without the prior written consent of ace75.
• The ace75 brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks and service marks are the exclusive property of ace75. Unauthorised use of any ace75 trade mark is strictly prohibited.
• Third-party game providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective game titles and content. ace75 makes such content available to players under licence from the respective providers and does not claim ownership of third-party content.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by players to ace75 may be used by ace75 freely without obligation, compensation, or attribution to the submitting player.

11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ace75's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration. ace75 and the player agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting ace75 customer support.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of ace75 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

12 Changes to These Terms and Contact Information

ace75 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ace75 will notify registered players by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the player's registered email address. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of ace75 after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using ace75 and may request closure of your account by contacting customer support.
